At the start of your appointment we conduct a short, confidential, medical questionnaire to look at your medical history for any potential triggers or causes of your symptoms.
Following this, we then carry out the full allergy test which includes over 100 food and non food items. We are also able to test for any additional allergens, for example if you believe you are allergic to your shampoo or moisturiser
you may bring a small amount with you to include in your test. You will also be given a free vitamin and mineral check.
After your test, the results will be compiled for you to take away and we will advise and discuss changes you should make to your diet to ensure that it remains balanced during the elimination period. You may also be advised to take appropriate supplements during the elimination period. We recommend a follow up appointment after 10-12 weeks so that progress can be monitored. After 3 months on the elimination programme you will be advised on the safe re-introduction of foods back into the diet where appropriate.
